You love Rome? You have never been to Rome but you would like a sneak preview? Then come here every day and you will find a brand new picture, taken by one of its inhabitants: me! Wish list (of photos!) welcome
As an old romana di Roma, I've eaten my share of kakis. :-) I remember some beautiful kaki trees in gardens on via Cassiodoro, near P.za Cavour, their black twigs with the orange fruits against the azzurro winter sky. We used to get them from Apulia, they kept well in storage on the balcony. In Washington, DC there grow wild persimmon trees along the Potomac C&O Canal, with tiny but tasty fruits.
